In Israel they meet retired archaeologist David Horowitz. He is their guide on a special journey: a trip through the country and through time. The journey takes four youngsters to meet with kings like David and Hezekiah. They get acquainted with political leaders such as Theodor Herzl and David Ben-Gurion. Most important, they come across ordinary people. Their experiences during the journey are told by great artwork, made by illustrator Danker Jan Oreel. André Diepenbroek wrote the fascinating scenario. A well designed timeline, maps and photos give a good historical overview in the final part of the book.
